Intent to Register 2022

Intent to Register - March 1st to March 31st

Intent to Register (ITR) is the opportunity for students to submit their request for entry into a program and/or module for the upcoming academic year. This is done through Student Centre under Western Links throughout the month of March.

Q. Who should submit an ITR?

A. First year students and anyone who wants to make changes to their current program or degree.

Q. Who does not need to submit an ITR?

A. Students in Year 2, 3 or 4 who are not making any changes to their academic plans should not submit an ITR. Your registration will remain exactly the same for next year.

Q. I am a first year student and I won't have both of the anthropology introductory courses completed by the end of this academic year. Do I still choose an anthropology module in my ITR?

A. No. Students should select a program that they are eligible for. Keep in mind that changes to your program registration can be made later after successful completion of admission courses.

Q. I'm taking an anthropology course this summer and then I will be eligible to enter an anthropology module. What then?

A. If you are in this situation, we want to hear from you! Once you have successfully completed the summer course(s), please get in touch so we can advise you of your next steps.

If you have any questions about ITR or anything regarding anthropology courses and our modules, we are happy to help! Please get in touch with Laura at lcousin3@uwo.ca
